We volunteer as tribute! In our new Dystopian Wasteland future, fruit is scarce and only the strong survive. Was it worth using these beautiful cherries in our award-winning jam that the Great Taste judges called "intense" in flavor? We certainly think so. And the honeyed texture of this jam has made it a favorite among Canning Underground testers which, given the number of jams we throw at them, is saying quite a lot.
