This jam is about as twee as it gets, folks. These are hand-foraged, and we say that in the literal sense, as in we (I) braved thorns and steep hills to pick these little bastards, fending off birds and hyenas and other interlopers. It was frightening - or it would have been for mere mortals, but we were undaunted. And behold, from our herculean efforts comes this stunning jam, which the good folks across the pond heralded as having "wonderful intense fruity but tart flavour profile singing of the plums." (They really like our jams.)
