Our tribute to the inestimable John Lewis, who exhorted us to get into "good trouble" in the effort to bend the arc of the universe towards justice.

These unique ginger gherkins are almost impossibly hard to make, but well worth the effort. Much as those of us who fight against injustice, oppression, and cruelty grow weary at times, with an uphill battle stretching out before us. But, always worth it in the end.

"Do not get lost in a sea of despair. Be hopeful, be optimistic. Our struggle is not the struggle of a day, a week, a month, or a year, it is the struggle of a lifetime. Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble." - John Lewis
