The only bitterness and rage in this boozy cherry deliciousness is in the fact that cherry season is short, and one can never have enough of these spiced dark cherries soaking in brandy with a hint of sweetness. These are the perfect cocktail cherry, if they make it that far: yes, we eat them straight from the jar. So sue us. This is the product we hang our hat on, but once they’re gone, they’re gone until cherry season rolls upon us again. So unless you, say, have a cowboy hat to trade (and are in fact an actual cowboy), don’t count on getting any of our secret stash.
